Karen Conway is an experienced Personal Assistant and has worked with Gerard for almost 10 years.
Karen delivers book-keeping services to a portfolio of clients in the practice. Working in an “outsourcing” capacity, Karen prepares weekly and monthly payroll for a range of small and medium sized businesses, as well as providing monthly and quarterly invoicing and VAT services.
Karen is central to the team in Gildernew & Co, managing queries and providing assistance to clients as well as providing administrative and organisational support for her colleagues. She is the first point of contact with many clients as they come into contact with the office and takes great care in ensuring that all clients feel valued and attended to, no matter how small or indeed large their assignment may be.
