Karen has worked alongside Gerard for almost 10 years and is an experienced and highly skilled personal assistant. Karen is the first point of contact for many clients at the office, providing assistance with queries large and small. No matter what the issue, Karen always takes the time to handle each enquiry with care and consideration, ensuring that every client feels valued and well attended to. She also provides key administrative and organisational support for her colleagues at the practice.
She also provides trusted and reliable book-keeping services to a portfolio of clients in the practice. Working in an ‘outsourcing’ capacity, Karen prepares weekly and monthly payrolls for a range of small and medium-sized businesses, as well as providing monthly and quarterly invoicing and VAT services.
